Great host and family. This is a very historic hotel whose owner's father helped Ellmau become the skiing destination that it is today. The rooms were designed to host large families and had the 1st elevator among all hotels in the region. The rooms are spacious and they overlook the mountain. The host was very nice, welcoming and communicative. She made sure to be available at our arrival time to hand over keys, and show us the apartment. Clean, organized, and nice fancy apartment, everything was new in perfect condition and the apartment had lots of space for a big group. The host also arranges for fresh bread delivery every morning. Bedrooms, bathtrooms, kitchen are all in perfect condition and fully equipped with everything you need. Ski-lockers, hot tub, bbq grill in the balcony, ski to door and to lifts available. Overall we LOVED our stay in the apartment and our host! would definitely recommend the apartment and the host!
