The place is very good starting point for mountain trips or skiing. Particularly appreciated the garden with lots of stuff for kids. The food was all homemade and preceeded our expectation. We have not spent much time in our rooms as there is a lot to discover in the town and particlarly in the mountians. The owner is very friendly and easy going which is always nice. Chata Zakouti is a gem that brings the true old school tourism atmosphere and attracts hikers and bikers who look for nature. The stuff is wonderful, extremely polite and helpful, food is delicious and very reasonably priced. Rooms are modest but allow good sleep. Common bathrooms are clean and sufficient in number. I would definitely come back.
