He gave us recommendations for the area and even personally cooked us some special breakfast options. The property is just gorgeous, from its natural surroundings to its beautiful, historic buildings. I booked this hotel since all (affordable) hotels in Berchtesgaden were sold out. It is 3-4 KMs from Bad Reichenhall but very nice and quite location and an easy drive to Berchtesgaden, Königsee, Rossfeld Panorama Road etc. Friendly staff, comfortable room, great breakfast! House keeping cleaned the room and changed the towels daily, which I do not see in all hotels I have stayed. I could travel to Salzburg and back (train /bus) using the guest card provided at the hotel, thanks for that!
