We were made to feel very welcome when we arrived. The room was perfect for us with the dog, very comfortable & warm as the weather was very cold. The dog was allowed into the bar area where we ate our dinner & breakfast which were both excellent with a very good atmosphere, locals and guests.

Staff was extremely helpful. When they saw that one of us had mobility limitations, they immediately offered a ground floor room instead. The host came with us to show how to drive past a short-term road construction site.
