Fantastic location right near the train, walking distance to many fun Black Forest attractions (definitely head to the Sommerrodelbahn, accessible by a short walk around the forest edge). What an excellent place! Perfect location in nature but close to the nearby attractions. This place is beyond peaceful. Cozy, clean room with an excellent shower. Food and drinks were delicious, especially the homemade schnapps. The property was beautiful, we took a little walk up on the hill and saw the view of the charming valley. The staff was so kind and made you feel like home. They even shared their schnapps making with us, And they had friendly cats too!

The owners were very welcoming and kind people, they offered us breakfast and drove us to the beginning of our hiking trail for the day. We had a double room with balcony which had a comfortable large bed and a spacious balcony that offered a wonderful view over the town and the surroundings.
