The location of Las Giannakakoy Traditional Stone House in Neo Itilo was perfect! We had a wonderful view of the bay from our "Family Suite" and also from our suite's large private terrace! We liked that the terrace had a dining table, 4 chairs, & a laundry drying rack. We walked along the waterfront to have dinner both nights of our stay at the Black Pirate, which had very good food! We did not swim at the beach in the bay, but it was a short walk from the house, and other people seemed to be enjoying it. The interior stone walls, wooden shutters, & wooden ceiling of our suite were simply beautiful! The queen bed on the main floor & the 2 twin beds in the loft of this unit had very comfy pillows, & we slept well. The A/C worked well for the main floor while we were in the unit (the card attached to key controls A/C on & off, so when you are out, the A/C is off). We appreciated the tiny kitchenette that had the basics (small refrigerator, sink, 2-burner stove, cabinets with coffee cups, glasses, plates, & silverware), especially the electric kettle. The shower had hot water for the 3 of us. The manager/owner, Elias, was very kind & checked in with us every day!

The location in the Mani peninsula is amazing, walking distance from Limeni, 10 minutes car from Areopoli. The view from the small balcony is breathtaking with the sea at 5 meters distance.

Location is wonderful if you want the feel of the village. The home is traditional, clean and has everything you need. The beds could use a little soft topper but we have found that this is Greece when it comes to beds. We would stay here again.

Fantastic location in the best town. A must stay! And the hosts get you a 15 per cent discount and a few restaurants and bars they own in town - literally just down the stairs.

Very nice property that’s situated between Limeni and Areopoli so you can get fast to the beach with turtles in Limeni and to enjoy the evening in Areopoli. The host was very welcoming and suggested some good spots to visit around. The room was clean and we had everything we needed. We liked the “medieval atmosphere” we experienced staying in such a wonderful building. The view is astonishing from there. Highly recommended!
