At first, I was hesitant to book because I saw a previous review that the wifi was slow but since then the host Zakki has upgraded his line and I had no problems whatsoever doing a zoom work call - the line was probably better than in my home! I loved my little bungalow, it is so cute and comfortable and host Zakki was amazing. He helped me arrange a private driver from the airport to Bangsal Harbour, gave information on how to get to Gili Air and what to do around the island. He really cares about his guests and looks after them so well, I feel like we’ve become friends. The staff here are lovely too, and the bunnies are so cute. The place feels so peaceful, quiet, cosy and homely and I truly enjoyed my stay here.

Ardi and the team were helpful and always willing to assist with any request. It's not often you find a hotel that will allow you check out late if no one was checking in. Admittingly it was low season so we had that on our side. But he didn't have to allow it. His response..."no problem. I just want you to enjoy your holiday sir". So genuine and always happy. Thx Ardi and team and see you again.

Absolutely gorgeous, very well equipped house with traditional wood carved walls, a private kitchen, bathroom, garden, and terrace - probably my favorite stay ever. The host was incredibly welcoming and sweet, had decorated the whole house with flowers for our arrival, prepared a tray with coffee and tea that we could make ourselves in the morning, and even arranged a driver to the harbor for us. 30 seconds walk to one of the most beautiful beaches we’ve ever seen, completely isolated from tourists and with a cute little beach cafe for breakfast.

Place was as shown. Host Gertie was quite nice and friendly. Simple accommodation that is reflected in price. Walkable to beach in 15 min or so to the north, a bit further to the east.

Great staff who make you feel like you belong there, great location, comfy rooms at a fair price. Best vegetarian/vegan restaurant on the island. Close to great and less crowded beaches and snorkel spots.

The staff made me feel like home! They took care of a lot of details. They are available for tour and provided me with good info and recomendations for local transportation! The swimming pool under the lotus trees is a perfect spot for relax. Towels are provided!
