Excellent quality/price. The property contacted me well in advance of my arrival (plane landed at 00:30 AM) to send the entrance code, so the self check-in went very smooth. Exchanging messages with them via booking.com went very well. I had my own bathroom but the shared bathrooms were very clean as well.

Breakfast was perfect as it allowed us the flexibility to grab something quick before heading out for the day. Room was clean and the beds were so comfortable. Can't say enough good things about the location, either, close to all the places we wanted to go in Reykjavík.

Nice guesthouse close to the BSI terminal. Our room was quite comfy, the wifi worked, and we had breakfast. Nothing negative to say.

For me, it's important to sleep well in silence. We had a very good bed and it was perfectly safe and sound, no noise or loud people in other rooms. The kitchen was excellent equipped for what we need for our stay. They have a laundry room as well, You can use it. The bathroom was clean, and everything was functional. Clean white towels are always for use. The building looks old from the outside, i don't know why, but it's pretty new everything. Very good area to go everywhere, even walking. In all, for us, this was very worthy.

The facilities and location of the guesthouse are great. I am a solo traveller and did many tours from Reykjavik, most tours do offer pick-ups and drop-offs at bus stop 8 which is a 3 minute walk from the guesthouse. The kitchen is fully equipped: lots of tea flavours, oven, Nespresso machine, dishwasher, microwave, fridge and freezer. The bathroom is really clean. The beds are very comfortable! The owners are super friendly. It is a family owned guesthouse, and you can really see that they enjoy what they’re doing. Would definitely go here again!!
