I must say that when I read some reviews, I was quite unsure if it'd be a good option, although I decided to give it a try. The house ended up being perfect for me because: * it was a five-minute walk to a bus stop with several local buses (1,50€ fare) that reached Venice in 15 minutes, easy to get to the airport too. * my bedroom was spacious and bright, it had a wardrobe, bedside table with lamp, desk and chair. I was woken by birdsong in the morning... * the bathroom was large, the shower had good water pressure and nice temperature. In addition, I could use the kitchen to prepare breakfast and some light meals for dinner, which was a plus. Sabrina went above and beyond to make my stay more pleasant. Since my flight changed, I arrived earlier and she graciously allowed me to put my luggage in my room and have some tea. She also gave me a Venice map and useful tips, like WIFI hotspots and places to visit. She was so kind and helpful that you wouldn't regret staying in her house!

we could check-in earlier, the room was big and had a lot of places to put your own luggage, located very close to tram and bus stop, host gave us tip of buying tickets in the tobacco shop, not in the bus, located short ride from the Venice and from the train station
