This was a great option for exploring Venice. It is located right outside the city center. Very close to the bus station that takes you into Venice (about a 10-15 minute ride). The apartment was easy to find, clean, and comfortable. The staff was friendly and even left us some breakfast in the morning. We stayed for one night and had no problems. I would recommend this place. There was also a shared kitchen which was nice. It looked like the pictures.

Stayed at this property in June, and we loved it! Such good value for money, the staff were so friendly and helpful, I was able to text or call any time I needed anything, such as numbers for local taxis. Property has everything you need, there are 4 bedrooms in the apartment and 2 bathrooms. The bathroom was always available when we needed it. There is a big kitchen with all appliances and a balcony that we sat on to eat our breakfast. There are takeaway menus in the apartment that are useful. The property is a 10 minute walk from the bus stop that goes into Venice. The bus goes every 10 minutes, between 6am and midnight.

Close proximity to Venice. A 5-7 minute walk from the # 3 & 6 bus which take you directly to Venice. You qualify to enter Venice for free due to staying in apartment. Nearby restaurants with good food at affordable prices. Secure facility. Hot water gets hot, ac works well. The bed accommodates 2 full size adults with no issues. At it’s price it’s a good deal.

Kamal the host was a very good person. All was very clean and in order. Very easy to go and return from Venize in the front of the door is the bus stop. And the train station it's only a few squares if you need to travel to another city.

We particularly enjoyed the location in Marghera with a good connection to Venice by train. The apartment with a shared bathroom was clean and the bed comfortable. The option to check-out independently was great, too, because we had to leave early in the morning.
