Our stay here was fantastic! The host Marco went out of his way to make us feel comfortable, and he is always contactable via WhatsApp. The room and bathroom provided was extremely spacious, and both were very clean. The ceiling was rather high and made the whole place look very luxurious. Breakfast was prepared every morning at 8am in a little pantry, so there was limited seating space, but it was no issue as we could just head back to our own room to eat (since it was just a few steps from our door). Location may be slightly inconvenient if you plan to walk from Roma Termini with your luggage, but we found that a good compromise to be on a quieter street, away from the hustle and bustle near the terminal station, yet the surrounding streets were filled with many nice eateries. Marco also had great recommendations for pizza and ice cream, both of which we tried and were absolutely delighted by them. Would definitely return if we were to visit Rome again! Everything- the room is small, but perfect for a short stay. The location is great and we could walk every day to our destinations (for those who don’t like to walk there are 2 metro stations at 10m distance and also many busses nearby). We found a lot of cookies, small panetone, water, coffee when we arrived and we missed nothing during our stay.

I had a great experience staying at this accommodation in Rome. The cleanliness was 5 out of 5 and I appreciated the daily cleaning service. The staff's communication and support were excellent — always friendly, quick to respond and you can really feel that they care. I had a late-night flight and needed to check in at midnight. I received easy-to-follow instructions on how to access the property. The location is perfect, close to the Villa Borghese, and you can find good cafes and non-touristic restaurants just the next street.
