Great clean and spacious room in the heart of Rovereto. I stayed for a conference and had plenty of options to get everywhere by foot including excellent restaurants, cafés, gelaterias, museums, shops, and bars. The owners even provide a tip for breakfast which turned out great. All the instructions to get to the property and how to get access were perfect! The train station is about a 10 min walk away and a moderately priced car park about 3 min. The staff was very attentive and kind. Everything seemed new and clean in the apartment and there was enough room to cook small meals and even a complementary ground coffee. Be mindful that this room does not have A/C but a fan and enough windows to keep open at night as the neighbourhood is quiet (it is Italy though, so sometimes there is noise until the late hours from the street). We managed with an average of 28°C during the day. I would definitely stay here again if I am in the area!

This place is great. The building is a great restored old building. The room we had was designed exceptional. The bath room a dream. Even in with very high temperatures outside (35°C) it is still nice inside. The room was very big. The wooden floor wonderful. The breakfast was great and a pleasure to have outside in the inner courtyard. We could get it earlier, to get our train. We could put our bikes in the inner courtyard. The team is very friendly and helpful. The place is lokated right at the bike way along the Adige / Etsch and just a 10 min bike ride away from the train station.

Located right outside the beautiful town of Rovereto, it's an incredibly nice bed & breakfast definitely worth the stay. The room was spacious and impeccably clean, breakfast was delicious thanks to the local products and the masterful cooking of the lady who welcomed us and satisfied all our requests. 5 stars!

This is a super, modernised and immaculately clean family run hotel. My room (a large double) was spacious with a good sized en suite, and also benefited from a small but useful balcony. Located in a nice quiet area meant a great night's sleep in a very comfortable bed. The owner (Marzia) and all her staff were super friendly and kind, and as a solo traveller, I was made to feel very welcome. I arrived a little early, but Marzia very kindly came to the hotel so I could check in (thank you Marzia!). If you had a lot of luggage as I did, the lift is an absolute bonus! I wouldn't hesitate to recommend a stay at this hotel, not least as it is a great base to spend a few days exploring the magnificent natural landscapes and the impressive mountains of the Trento Province, an absolute biker's paradise :)

Great location - just minutes from the motorway. Despite being next to a road and the motorway we didn't notice any noise in the room. The breakfast was fabulous and staff were really welcoming. Would return if in the area again.
