We received a warm welcome from our Host Simone as we arrived after a long days walking on the Via Francigena. She was so helpful to us and gave us advice that helped us make the best of our stay in San Gimignano. The location was excellent just around the corner from some lovely little restaurants. The room and the accompanying sitting and kitchen area were delightful. And the little balcony area was the cherry on top. We were only staying one night but it is one that we will remember with fondness.

The host Claudio is an extremely welcoming and helpful and provided all the information and instructions needed both through whatsapp and personally. The apartment has the best location and is packed with whatever you may wish for. The bed is comfortable and the views from the windows are amazing. The WiFi is stable.

The location is so central inside the city walls. That all 3 bedrooms have their own ensuite bathrooms which are all furnished well and beds comfortable. The bedroom on 1st floor is a French bed (between sgl and dble) so would struggle with 2 larger adults. The car park P4 is only around 5 mins walk from the house. There is a garage that belongs to the house located underneath P4. Lots of cafe's, restaurants and shops on the doorstep. A few minutes walk up the hill from the house is a lovely park area with stunning views over San Gimignano and surrounding Tuscan countryside. Can also do wine tasting up there sitting on a terrace taking in the view Would definitely stay there again

The entrance is right on the main walking street inside the old city. The room is back a few meters and is completely quiet and has a lovely balcony. The room is spotless and the atmosphere is fantastic. Melanie was great about communication and recommendations.
