I broke my right foot my first day, and the people here are some of the nicest people I've ever met. The worry, fear, and pain I experienced at first, gave way to the knowledge that I could not be in a better place to heal. The staff here are wonderful and kind people., The place is beautiful; to me, it's in the country, and yet a short ride to the centre. Everything I could want in a room is here, and easy to navigate. The room is beautiful, and I like the wood. The bed is as comfortable as I could hope for, and the room is spotlessly clean. I will be back again. From the balcony I have a good view of the Mekong River. I give this place an 11

In the heart of the morning market (but no issues with noise tho!), the location was perfect to wander around Luang Prabang. The rooms were beautiful and clean, the balcony was cute and the beds were so comfortable: we slept like babies! Andy, the host, was very accommodating and super friendly. They also sell coffee and delicious fresh juices in front of the house!

Amazing place to stay. Imagine a bungalow in a beautiful garden and breakfast served directly at the table on the balcony of it. A shuttle bus to the city centre is a plus. The swimming pool is beautiful. Meal is available to order in bungalow and is very delicious. The place is more appropriate for people who prefer to relax rather than having a night life in the centre of the city. The receptionist was very helpful - he gave a map of the city, tips of how to get the best deals, helped to buy high-speed train tickets, etc.

Tom the host was really nice and helpful with everything we needed , the location is great and close to everything and the rooms are very spacious and clean.

The lady Who runs the guesthouse is very nice and helpful. She will take care of you during the stay, and if you need to change money, rent a motorbike or book a tour, she will help you for sure. The room was simple but nice. The location is very good, right in the center, in a small alley where the morning market is.

The view from the room was incredible along with how big the room itself was and shower was great. The room we stayed in was clean and comfy.The breakfast was lovely. It's located near the center and there are some stores nearby. Definitely worth a stay!

We are on a business trip, so we stayed at this hotel many times, everything was very good. I feel at Villa Phathana like being at home, very cozy. The owner is a great manager, the room is spacious, we have a good night's sleep when we come home from work. and wake up to a great breakfast. Our room has light and a beautiful view of the garden, room number A07. wifi works very fast, and the bathroom is very clean, there is a 24-hour coffee and tea maker under the reception desk. anytime you want .i will definitely come back soon

Quiet street near park and temple. Old colonial building. Staff was very kind and eager to help with anything you need. Beds were comfortable. Staff was great, kindly helped with bus tickets and kept a duffle bag for us for 5 days. Breakfast was good.
