This guesthouse is centrally located in Marksaxlokk, just steps away from the harbor and all the restaurants. It's an easy 10 min ride from the airport. The room was spacious, modern and updated, and I had a beautiful view of the sea out my window. The rooftop pool is small but very nice for soaking in, with gorgeous views. There are plenty of sun loungers to lay out on. There are also multiple decks in the building you can sit and relax on to enjoy the view. It feels very safe and welcoming for a solo traveler. It is also close to the bus stop. The breakfast was decent with a selection of juice, coffee, cereal, toast, meats, cheese, veggies, yogurt, and fruit.

We LOVED everything!! Russel is the kind of model host that everyone wishes to meet while on holidays! He's available and ready to listen to your plans and offer wonderful suggestions to make them better! The location is impeccable near the waterfront of the small authentic fishing village Marsaxlokk with bus stops at a 1min or 5min walk. Lots of nearby restaurants (I especially recommand the one downstairs)! I must say that the duration of the bus travels to visit other places in Malta is to be taken onto consideration but coming back to La Reggia and enjoying the full moon in Marsaxlokk waterfront made it all worth it! The breakfast on the terrace is an amazing way to start the day in Malta with great views of the fishing boats and 3 rich breakfast options proposed by Russel. The room was comfortable and spotless clean with room cleaning done every day. I recommand staying there without any hesitation!

The ever helpful proprietor, Micheal. He place was perfect. It is on the water. There is a good restaurant in the building. We had breakfast included. Good food! Michael does a wonderful job of making us feel welcomed.

It’s a good property, the staff is lovely. The room was cleaned every day, parking spots are available just near the guest house what is very convenient. A shop is also available just in the corner near the property. Location is good, it’s just in 10 mins to Valletta by car. Malta in general is amazing destination and people there are super friendly.

Very clean room with an air conditioner and balcony, friendly staff and breakfast were simple but fresh & tasty. It’s close (5-7min.) to small local beach and to the harbour where u can go to local restaurants or boat trips. Bus stops were also close from this apartments.

Everything was perfect and nice stay the clean was really really amzing the host in the breakfast was a amazing and really nice girl she bring my tea in my room and she was suuper help full is a really quite hotel even in the morning no one disterb you and come and tell you your time il soon finish for a cheac out even the resepsion was super amazing with us we have a lovely stay for 1 night 🤩🤩

Very pleasant and comfortable apartment. We felt like at home. The Jenny was wonderful, kind and attentive, communication was seamless. She advised us a lot and also gave us some good tips for trips. We got sunumbrella from she on the beach, it was very nice gesture.

We had the beach view, and it was the best to wake up to. Bus stop was just next to the hotel. Very friendly helpful staff, free coffee, clean bathroom and they cleaned the room and refilled everyday.
