We had a wonderful short stay at Casa Cardoso! The host made sure we had anything we needed and offered us homemade port and helped us with all our questions. The room was cozy and the balcony view was awesome to drink the offered port from.

Beautiful location and the owner lady was so lovely! They left us out a little treat of some snacks and a bottle of wine in the room too which was such a nice touch and actually did us for dinner which helped massively! The room and accommodation was faultless, such a lovely space and we were able to park our two motorbikes securely just outside the room. This is a perfect stay to explore the area and we would have happily stayed longer if we weren’t moving on to Porto with our trip. Highly recommend, cannot fault one bit!

Amazing and strong view of Douro River. Peaceful place. Fantastic 2 floor villa. Much better, with prettier instalations, more confortable and much more beautiful than the photographs we saw. The team was very kind. Nice breakfast served at the Villa. The experience exceed all the expectations we could have. The best shower we tried. And the cooler balance toy of our lifes. The place is beautiful and comfortable. We loved having an entire apartment, and especially the beautiful terrace. The proprietors are very nice and helpful, and gave us good tips on things to do. The grounds are awesome, even though it was tough for us to walk into town.

The view from this property was outstanding, looking out over the Douro River you could see a long ways in both directions. Breakfast was also fantastic, with good bread and jam as well as fresh fruit, ham and cheese. There was a swimming pool, but we didn’t use it. The common areas were very nice.

The view is amazing, the hosts are very welcoming and nice. In addition, the pool, jacuzzi and chill area are an amazing addition. And of course, Mia (the cat) was a wonderful companion as well.

Everything about our stay at Quinta Do Bosque was a dream! Would highly recommend to anyone. We loved the boutique hotel feel to the Quinta. The views were unbeatable, the food was fantastic, and the staff (including the dog!) was amazing.
