The host was very friendly and helpful regarding the time of our arrival and the method of payment, very flexible and approachable at any time, the place it’s very clean and nice, cosy and with a very beautiful view, nice terrace and a kitchen with many utilities, we wanted to prepare a barbecue as there is a nice place for that too but we didn’t had time, the bed was comfortable , we had smart TV with Netflix, nice balcony with beautiful view over the mountains. The host was very helpful when we realized that we forgot our headphones in the room, the cleaning staff found it and kept them and the host helped us by sending them by courier, overall a very nice place to go. I will definitely stay there again if I will comeback in Bran or the surroundings.

The stay was phenomenal. The room was spotless. Staff was incredibly friendly and they waited for us even tho we were very late. The view was amazing. You can see Bran castle directly from the balcony. The bed was soft and very comfortable. Our room smelled really nice. It was well furnished and cozy. Breakfast was very good. The location of the place was perfect. It was a 10-minute walk to the castle. We went on the busiest weekend of the year and parking around the castle was almost impossible. Relax88's location made our stay stress free. They have free private parking at the back of the building. There is a shared dining/living room on the ground floor.
