The location is excellent. The owners were very nice and the place itself is very good. We had a fridge in our room (which helped) and shared kitchen was full of useful stuff. There also was a parking on the enclosed territory.

The villa is located in the quaint Dolny Smokovec, which is a perfect place to relax and explore the High Tatras with the electric tram. The station is just 2 min away. Bonus: you get in before everyone enters in the more busy Stary Smokovec. Beautiful property with a rich history and a nice garden to sit. The host Ivan is super friendly, helpful and a great cook, plus he speaks German. Definitely ask for dinner once. Much better than any of the impersonal hotels or AirBnBs.
