Juraj at the reception answered all my questions at the check-in and provided me with information on the surroundings area. He made sure to ask me evry morning if I was comfortable in my room and if there is anything else I might need. The breakfast area and the selection was HUGE. The villa is located in the quaint Dolny Smokovec, which is a perfect place to relax and explore the High Tatras with the electric tram. The station is just 2 min away. Bonus: you get in before everyone enters in the more busy Stary Smokovec. Beautiful property with a rich history and a nice garden to sit. The host Ivan is super friendly, helpful and a great cook, plus he speaks German. Definitely ask for dinner once. Much better than any of the impersonal hotels or AirBnBs.
