The place is very well set up and the owners are kind and helpful people. It's a family operation with lots of experience in hospitality. The rooms are clean and functional. The meals were nice too. We would definitely stay here again.

The airport is right there so perfect place to get your rest during your Cabo Verde getaway. Pipi and her family are a true blessing and are the best hosts I've encountered in a long time. As a frequent traveler I cannot say enough about how great this place was. Pool was the perfect size to cool off. The food was amazing. Cocktails were delicious. The room was spacious and super clean. Comfy bed, large shower (hot water). I could go on and on but words aren't enough. Go there check it out for yourself you will not regret it.

I was upgraded to a room with balcony facing the sea. Absolutely delightful sight. Very quiet hotel with everything you need. Of course it's very impersonal, a generic hotel room, so if you're looking for an authentic Cabo Verdian experience this is not for you, but if you're looking for a clean, spacious, quiet and comfortable place to rest, it is perfect. The cleanliness was not perfect but was pretty good ; nothing too problematic. The AC is a huge advantage!

The Colonial Guest House in São Filipe boasts accommodation with an outdoor swimming pool, a terrace and a bar. Each accommodation at the hotel has sea views and free WiFi. The staff was very helpful, the pool and terrace are beautiful.

Nastanitev Casa Colonial Koenig je v mestu São Filipe, 2 min hoje od znamenitosti Plaža Praia de Sao Filipe, in nudi zunanji bazen, sobe za nekadilce, brezplačen WiFi ter bar. Nice large room, basic furniture but adequate and practical, fairly quiet, clean and tidy. The hotel has charm as does the entire town of Sao Felipe. Staff were friendly. Breakfast is basic but adequate. Restaurant service at the sister hotel very slow at times.
