His friends, family and him will make sure that you have a nice stay in the cozy jungle hub of Bukit Lawang. The food at the Guesthouse is excellent and the vibe is very good and relaxed . The jungle trek is lead by Rosit aka the magician! Just like Bryan, he has real love for the jungle and its animals. He's a great team of guides working together for Thomas Leaf. On top of that, Rosit can show you magic tricks, love his enthusiasm. You can also do a tour in the area to see how Tempeh, Tofu and Brown Sugar are made and you will stop at a some other places with the nice guidance of Ponido (sorry if the name is not totally correct 😅). I can really recommend it!

The hospitality is great! Easy communication with the host. Robert was great at getting back to me with questions I had. The place is very clean, comfortable bed. I had an excellent meal there. Hot shower. The view is beautiful. The place is located in a more secluded area, not near the city but very close to the ferry.

Το Sumatra Orangutan Discovery Villa είναι σε Bukit Lawang και έχει κήπο, βεράντα, μπαρ καθώς και δωρεάν WiFi. The best part of the property is the staff. Owner, Tyson welcomed me explained everything needed. A young lady working at the cafe (Diza, sorry if I mistaken the name)made me one of the best meals in Indonesia I’ve ever tried. Sweet dog and cat were also welcoming and slept under my room’s door at night.The room was simple but very clean with beautiful garden setting. The location is a little bit out of town, but walkable and very quiet. Tyson also organized a jungle trek for me and that was also very good. We saw 8 orangutans)

Το SeaGate Bungalows, το οποίο βρίσκεται μπροστά στη θάλασσα σε Sabang, προσφέρει κήπο και ιδιωτική παραλία. Borja and Yuyun are excellent hosts that offers you the warmest welcome that you can imagine. They are very kind and help you with any and every question you might have about the place and the island. Every single item in the rooms were well thought. Room was very clean. Having a mini fridge, boiler in the room was great to have. Location is fantastic as it's a bit remote in the island which offers you a calm place to relax. Having the ocean right beneath you is remarkable. Food in the restaurant which is running as a side business, "La Boca Chica", was a great surprise for us as it really exceeded our expectations for taste and variety. We were not comfortable to ride scooter and Borja was kind enough to give us a practice session which shows how far they are willing to go for helping their guests!

Το Juma cottages που διαθέτει κήπο, βεράντα και εστιατόριο, βρίσκεται σε Tuk Tuk. Στο Juma cottages καθένα από τα δωμάτια έχει μπαλκόνι. The scenery from Juma Cottages is really awesome. The host Pino n Jelita and other staff is very friendly n helpful. Recommended n will come again next year.

Το Sahnan Guest House που προσφέρει κήπο, βεράντα και εστιατόριο, είναι σε Bukit Lawang. You have to stay here!! Andri makes you feel like family straight away and is one of the kindest people we ever met, the whole family is so sweet, the rooms are beautiful and so comfortable and have hammocks outside and the food in the restaurant is amazing. We came for one night and stayed almost a week! Thank you so much for having us, we can’t wait to come back one day!

Το Sumatra Cheeky Monkeys έχει κήπο, κοινόχρηστο χώρο lounge, βεράντα και μπαρ, στον προορισμό Bukit Lawang. We had a fantastic time at Cheeky Monkeys. The staff were incredibly kind, and it was wonderful to hang out with them in the common area. They were also very helpful with everything we needed. Our jungle trekking experience with them was absolutely awesome! Huge thanks to all the guides at Cheeky Monkeys. We highly recommend staying here; the rooms are comfortable, the common areas are inviting, and the garden is simply astonishing.

Το Fun Family Guest House n Jungle Tour είναι ένα κατάλυμα 2 αστέρων που βρίσκεται στον προορισμό Bukit Lawang. Το κατάλυμα παρέχει κοινόχρηστη κουζίνα και χώρο φύλαξης αποσκευών για τους επισκέπτες. Location is perfect, you are in the middle of everything, amazing owners, very kind and helpful, they will even give you welcome drink (tea, coffee or water) and pick you up at the bus station (which i didnt expect), owner is good guide too, definitely worth to stay

Beautiful property, great to hang out at, and not in the tourist area. You can get the feel of a local neighborhood. The rooms are clean and spacious.
