The apartment is in an excellent location! 1 minute from Ponte Vecchio. Electric shutters in every room block out noise - a bit of street noise some nights, but nothing that woke our baby, who slept in the front bedroom. Good portacot for babies too. Home from home. And a lift, cafe next door, restaurants a few steps away, and Conrad supermarket two.m minutes walk away. Perfecto.

It is not a hilton hotel but our room was clean, we have everything we need, the centrum was near and we call the owner in advance and a lady is waiting us outside the house. She was very helpful. So we were perfectly satisfied with this accommodation.

The property itself is beautiful, with period features and filled with interesting curios. It is ideally situated by the Duomo. The room was clean and we had access to a private terrace with wonderful views. We couldn't have been happier with our stay!

We easily walked from the hotel to all the tourist sites in Florence and the train station.The room has a small private kitchen and it also has access to a well equipped shared kitchen. The private bathroom is on an upper level which makes it fun and curious. The hostess Rosa was always very kind, cheerful and patient, immediately answering our questions at the hotel in person or by phone when we were out for a walk in the city.

It's really as it's on the pictures with a painting on the ceiling and a river view out of the window. The bathroom was also great. The overall style of the apratment is so Florence-like, we really enjoyed our stay. Beware of the elevator though: better come in two persons at a time!KirylFamily with young children
