I loved my room and check in was a breeze. Check out was also no problem. We even bought snacks from front desk and that was simple. I would love to stay again.

The lady at the front desk that checked me in was very nice with great customer service. I had a reservation next door that fell through. I was able to book this reservation in 5 minutes and my check in was 5 minutes or less. The lady was very efficient with telling me all what was included with my stay while finishing up the computer work at the same time. I left and came back, there was a man at the front desk that greeted me with a smile. The employees are great and my room was great, Very comfortable.

This Texas hotel features a full-service spa and restaurant, a heated outdoor pool and hot tub. Rooms include free Wi-Fi and the hotel is located in Southlake Town Square. The breakfast buffet was lovely with a range of foods to suit all tastes. There was a Starbucks on site which is great if you are in a rush. The hotel is close to some shops which was nice as we had stayed in a resort previously which was a bit isolated.
