LAURIE KLOOS- most wonderful, personable, friendly, caring - and that’s just to say a few things we all felt about this lady- breakfast staff member- she’s one of the main reasons we have chosen to return to this hotel in Bowling Green. I can’t brag enough about this lady. She goes over & beyond to welcome & care for everyone. She’s the cherry on top of this amazing cake always served to us. We will always stay here from now on as we watch our son grow into this amazing WKU family and look forward to returning here from Texas for the next 4 years❤️ Thank you for such a loving and beautiful place to stay.

Offering rooftop views of downtown, Hilton Garden Inn Louisville Downtown is steps away from the Louisville Palace. Free WiFi access is available. The front staff were very friendly. The hotel offers a free shuttle service to downtown attractions and restaurants. This service was fantastic. They took us to our restaurant and back to the hotel and told us of places to shop after dinner. We called when we were ready to leave and they were there in minutes. Very friendly and helpful. The shuttle is a reason to stay at this hotel. We went to a show at the Palace Theatre and it is just around the corner. Breakfast the next day was good and the staff was very friendly and helpful.

This hotel is located opposite the Sloan Convention Center and Crosswinds Golf Course in Bowling Green, Kentucky. It features an on-site restaurant, indoor pool and rooms with free WiFi. I lovedthe breakfast. Both the food and service were great!
