Nice comfortable house. Rooms are spacious, kitchen is very well equipped and almost acts as a living room. Stube is cosy and quite authentic. Bedrooms are great and all warm and called water in the rooms we used. Beds are comfortable. Ski-equipment room has also all of the required facilities and is again spacious to use a change room. Plenty of parking space in front of the house. Busstop in front of the house with a 30 min interval stop to Kappl town or Ski-gondel station. In both stops you can switch over to take the bus to other Paznaun ski-resorts (Ischgl).

Located at very quite place. The house fully equipped and the staff were very helpful and accommodating. There are nice bbq facilities with all you need to smoke . A lot of parking place, located 5 from supermarket.

Everything was super. We liked big rooms, room for skis with heating. Our host was nice, she brought us a cake as a gift. It was a bit harder to communicate in english, but we did understand each other.
