I had a great stay at Downshire Haven, the property was bigger than I expected (it was really nice having 2 floors). Great location near the station and the high street. There were plenty of towels, blankets, all the kitchen essentials so self catering was very easy. I was staying in Holywood for a 10 day yoga course and it was perfect for what I needed, thank you!

Cosy, and beautiful place to stay. The house has everything!!! Bronach is a GREAT host.!!! She left a very detailed instructions very easy to follow and find everything. The cottage is located in a historical worker’s quarter and furnished in a very special way inspired by the early ‘20 century (without neglecting the current confort). In fact, the apartment was clean, the beds comfortable and the bathroom was also very good compared to what we experienced so far in Ireland. We enjoyed the warm welcome of our host (despite our delay… 😇). He gave us a short background about the accommodation’s history, and recommendations in Belfast (his restaurant tips where very good!)
