The location of Granary Cottage, was very rural and ideally placed for a relaxing break. Rillington is very quiet but so handy for busier, neighbouring places to visit. Granary Cottage had a lovely outside garden and patio area, which were so welcome. The decor, fixtures, fittings and furniture in the accommodation, were of the highest standard and beautifully co-ordinated. The en-suite bathrooms for some of the bedrooms, were much appreciated. The whole cottage was spotlessly clean on our arrival.

The interior is lovely. Especially the shower is spacey and luxurious. The place provided all things handy like kitchen supplies, cleaning utensils, enough toilet paper and a laundry room. Didn't have to bring or by anything extra. The fenced in garden was also wonderful for our dog. She had a lot of room to roam around and play.

the property was outstanding with stunning 360 degree views of Yorkshire moors. I felt immediately at home and the cottage was warm and cosy. it was immaculately presented by the lovely owner Kate with teas coffee's and even treats for us and for visiting dogs. The bed was the most comfortable warm bed I have ever slept in. there is a paddock for your dog to run freely in and that's a wonderful thing to offer a prospective visitor. Kate will help you in anyway she can so thats reassuring to us townies as it really is a rural , beautiful area and for our very first visit to Yorkshire ,we hit the jackpot here.we will be visiting AGAIN. Did I mention the sunsets and sunrises OMG and the local wildlife. It was just a perfect break for us
