We had a very enjoyable time at Villa Maris! Communication with our wonderful host Christina was exceptional - advice on local restaurants and places to visit always forthcoming and superb. The villa is well furnished and has a nice little swimming pool. It's a great base to explore beaches or the mountains. What made our stay extra special were the gifts on arrival, wine and raki made by Christina's father, and other food gifts throughout our stay; thoroughly enchanting!

Margianna was great , nothing too much trouble .She arranged for a car rental for us as well and her dad cooked a hearty meal on our last day that was very yummy, thank you!

Very neat, cozy house, adapted to all necessary needs. In the evening, you can watch the beautiful sunsets from the terrace. A car is necessary. There are quite a few stairs, so very young children should be supervised. It was not an obstacle for our children. Thank you for a great stay.

Beautiful country villa with a warm and generous host. We were greeted with fresh milk and produce from the yard. The kids loved the chickens and rabbits (and fresh eggs). The balconies have magnificent panoramic views to the north. The location gives way access to ancient ruins, a town that specializes in pottery, a honey museum, and a working olive oil factory. The kitchen was the best equipped we had in Crete.

The villa is spacious and it provides any necessary amenities for a carefree stay... It is ideally located only a few minutes away from the town of Rethymno, set in a peaceful place in the nature, offering great sea views.. The owners went above and beyond, a big and special thank to Aggeliki who made us feel like home during our stay there!
