The hospitality and friendliness of the owners (father and son and their wifes) is unprecedented. You feel totally welcome from the beginning. The house is lovely situated in a wonderful garden of 6000 m2 with olive, apricot, plum, almond and walnut trees - a paradise. It has three terraces so you can choose depending on your demand for sun or shadow. Inside it is spacious, well equipped and spotlessly clean. Carnagio beach is at a leap's distance - you can see the ocean and you can hear the ocean but not too much so. Carnagio beach got everything you need (even a lovely greek restaurant with delicious food and friendly waiters) and is not crowded at all. If you fancy the more crowded beaches you bike a little further to Tigaki beach or even Kos beach. In walking distance from the house there is a vegetable shop and a little supermarket.

I can’t highlight enough the reception we got from the owners, it was a never-seen before like experience. When there are hosts like Nikos it’s practically impossible to have a bad experience. Assistance for every step provided, and amenities were top-notch. I’d choose Nikos and his family over every 5* hotel , because authenticity and human touch is irreplaceable. The premises were excellent and cleanliness was on spot. Unless you can’t live without your 25 bucks special hair conditioner, you shouldn’t bother bringing anything, since most - if not all - of the necessary stuff you might need are available on sight. Can’t wait to see you next summer!

*) the furniture is really nice, the beds are very comfy (I had a lot very bad beds in the last years in greece) *) WiFi works stable and very fast - thumbs up! *) the apartments is very good located. The way to the beach is not too long, also the ways to Kos town and other sightseeing points are not very wide. *) you can´t hear very less of the traffic from the main street. *) the fans are helpful, but you need deffinitly more ac in the apartments ,-)

The apartment is very beautiful with a great view from the balcony and nicely furnished, all very new. We loved the fact that we were outside the bustle and noise of town, and yet close enough to drive there in a few minutes. It feels very quiet and you can really enjoy a lovely relaxing time there. wi-fi was very fast. The hosts was super nice with warm welcome. 😊They often treated us to apricots and make staying there an extraordinary experience. We recommend!:)
