the outdoor kitchen by the pool where we spent most of the time when at the house is really great. the view to the vally is also relaxing and there is no noice other than nature. the separate appartment where our oldest son stayed was a good way for privacy for him. also tiho and his wife are very nice

Everything was basically excellent, owner Miro comes by for the upkeeping tasks and bring whatever is necessary in the most nonobtrusive manner, he also has his shelf where he offers his great homemade wine, liquors and olive oil. We really have no objection for the duration of our stay.

The location was great, about 20 minutes up the mountainbike from Omiš. Totally private and very quiet. Martina and her family were very nice and helpful. The house was very clean and the pool was great! The grill was so cool and the extra activities was a fun surprise (pingpong, dart and PS4). Me and my family loved it!

The house is ideal for spending holidays by a family of four. Kitchen is equipped with everything you need, there are two very clean bathrooms, one with washing machine, etc. Beds are very comfortable. There is an air conditioning, so the nights are spent comfortably. The house has three wonderful terraces, a barbecue and an outdoor shower. You can safely leave your car in front of the house. The area is extremely quiet, you can only hear the cicadas. The neighborhood is small but very friendly so you feel at home. I recommend coming by car as going down to the beach by foot and back would be a challenge. House is located quite high so narrow and winding road leads to the village but don't be afraid as the view is breathtaking. The hostess is extremely friendly, helpful and answers questions immediately. Overall, the place is worth visiting again.

The views from the balconies and poolside are simply incredible. Lokva Rogoznica is a small village 10 minutes from Omiš and our favourite part of the Dalmatian coastline by far. The Villa itself is stunning and equipped with everything we needed across three levels as a family of 10. Our host Karlo and his family made us feel so welcome and provided us with local knowledge and some of the best meals we had in Croatia at their family run restaurant the Berekin.
