Experiencing the enchanting charm of this Tuscan home was truly extraordinary, with breathtaking views greeting you from every window and vantage point. Sabrina and Loretta, the owners, were exceptional hosts, offering unparalleled assistance and genuine care during our stay. Their attentive communication alone warrants top-notch reviews. Without a doubt, one of the most memorable accommodations I’ve experienced in quite some time!

Location was proximal to city adventures with the bonus of waking to a rooster crow. The house is impeccably clean...seriously, it would pass a white glove test with flying colors. Kitchen is fully stocked and inviting with lovely family room adjoining. Both bathrooms are pristine with no hot water issues or anything. There is a sitting room in the front with games, books, and toys for guests enjoyment. Outside the windows, you are welcomed with rolling Tuscan countryside views including a vineyard, the beautiful town of Miniato, and gorgeous foliage. I have only one complaint...that I can't move in and own this amazing house 🤣 Quick facts: 25 minute drive to a Villa Constanza Tram Station that has parking. From the station, it is a 20 min tram ride to the city center. San Miniato is THE truffle location.

Fantastic place in the middle of nowhere yet in walking distance to the nearby city. Lovely house equiped with everything you need for week holidays. As surprise bonuse there was wifi available, which was not announced during booking. Rail trails and small trains as well as plush toys available for kids to entertain when weather is not nice. Before arival we were asking for at least cloudy, not full day rainy weather and owner succed to arrange it :-)

The owners, Gianfranco and Carmencita, are exceptional hosts who make every effort to ensure the happiness of their guests. Our family of 5 adults thoroughly enjoyed the property, appreciated the owners' attentiveness, and all look forward to returning some day with more friends and family to share the magnificence of this property.
