Location, location, location. The villa is situated some 300m from the beach, in the small, gated neighbourhood. There is a carport at guests' disposal that can accmoodate large SUV with no problem. The host is very accommodating, allowing for a good flexibility of the check-in and check-out time! We really appreciated that, travelling with two kids and the notorious Tirrenia ferry service. The area, although quite remote (car is a must!), sports quite a few good restaurants. The nearest big and well stocked supermarkets are in the city centre, few km away from the villa. I can imagine the house is quite fresh during the heatwaves season, and it has several A/C is at the guests' disposal. The patio is extensive, with comfortable furniture and two sunbeds. There is also an external shower in the corner with wot water fed from the villa reservoir. The BBQ place is equipped with all the necessary utensils and there is a washing machine next to it. The kitchen is equipped with a dishwasher, that somewhat offset the strangely positioned sink problem.
