Alessia was very helpful! the location was convenient for us , because we had parking space for our car . The space was very spacious , clean and had everything we needed . The building was old which added some Italian charm to it 😍

Our stay here was lovely, great location, beautiful house, wonderful garden looking at Siena, with lovely nature around feeling the tuscany vibe in spring 🌼 Also the hosts and staff were very kind and helpful.

The place and ambiance is most lovely and what beautifully added to our stay were the very graceful landlady and her kind and warm daughter who both introduced us to the beauties of the mansion. They were very talkative in most satisfying manner which we enjoyed at once and thought very much fitting to the occasion. For those who want least interaction: it wasn't intrusive at all, we are always very welcoming and talkative ourselves. The ladies responded to that with a lovely conversation and we only regret there wasn't more time for an evening tea and longer discussion. A quiet and peaceful place which deserves attention from those who instead of searching for luxuries want to feel at home. The garden declining in slope is most terrific, very well kept. Everything surrounded by the beauty of nature and sounds of birds. A peaceful and quiet place, exactly what we searched for. We had lovely breakfasts and dinners outside the apartment in this little magic patio (available only for us) made out of stone, full of plants and ivy. As Italian as it can get. The house, the walls, the touch of a warm stone. We appreciated the place all the more, we were travelling with a baby and we had everything we needed. The kitchen has everything, there is a washing machine in the bathroom. The pool is wonderfully placed at the bottom of garden surrounded by fruit trees and shrubby plants, with a soothing view on a green valley. The place is very close to Siena, 7 minutes by car. We will surely return to this place in near future.

What's not to like! This house was so well designed, well equipped, and comfortable. Honestly, I didn't want to get out of bed in the morning. The bed was that comfortable. The shower is large with lots of hot water and a heated towel rack that actually works.The kitchen had everything from a toaster to a nut cracker! The location was great, near the train station and in the old town. Our host, Giovanni, is the best! He sent us a list of his favorite restaurants and great street food. All his suggestions were amazing. We travel 80% of the year, and believe me, we enjoyed our 5 days in this beautiful home. The attention to detail and design of this home is of the highest standard.

Wonderfully hidden in the old town of Siena, the house has two large double bedrooms upstairs and two bathrooms downstairs. Everything has been renovated and all facilities are modern and of a high standard. It’s very quiet and the beds were good and we slept very well. The house was spotlessly clean (and well-heated in early March!) on arrival. It has an outdoor patio area in the courtyard but we didn’t use it due to the cold weather. There are many wonderful restaurants within a couple of hundred metres and also a very good supermarket just around the corner open til 10pm every night. The main tourist attractions are an easy 10 min walk away. The owner and the facility manager were very friendly and welcoming and helped with any questions/issues that arose. Uncomplicated communication by telephone/Whatsapp.
