Absolutely Everything!! Paulette our host was more than superb. Nhema attended to our every desire. We cannot rate this villa highly enough. We stayed over Christmas as all the reviews said the food was amazing, and we can only say it was way beyond our expectations!! We celebrated with a performance from the masai and then the most wonderful 5 course Christmas Dinner that we will never forget. Company and food was just so special. Our rooms were so tastefully decorated and had everything that you may have forgotten to pack. Hotel was always spotless. Staff were so polite and efficient. Swimming pool was perfect too as the beach can get busy. All l can say is that if you are looking to stay here, you will leave with happy memories and a promise to come back. Villa de Victor is a superb property located on Matemwe Beach. The staff and owners are super friendly and give good local advice. Nema is the star of the property and she's always there for whatever you need.

The property is very well maintained and true to the photos. It's perfect for a family holiday - there were 6 adults in our group and it felt spacious. The view from the veranda is the best I've ever had. We went for full board and the meals were amazing - fresh local food prepared by the excellent house team.

- View was breathtaking. The infinity pool overlooking the ocean was spectacular. The garden and the terrace outside the house were outstanding! Everything was also clean and in good order. - The house itself was spacious and well-kept. The rooms were beautiful, the kitchen well-equipped and the furniture all over was comfortable and in good shape. Toilets were also comfortable and regularly cleaned. - Food was excellent in all meals. The chef really knows his seafood! - On top of that, the staff were amazing. The house manager was very helpful. The ladies in the staff team were outstanding and super friendly. Smiles in every greeting and very warm attitude throughout the stay. A special thank to Latifa and Dolores for making our stay memorable.

Absolutely exceptional property and location, with wonderful friendly staff and everything perfectly maintained. The only (very minor) comment I would have is that the food could have been a bit more imaginative...but it's still excellent value for money.
