We stayed overnight at Doornfontein for a wedding at nearby African Hills. The Farm was easy to find and very accessible to nearby attractions. There was more than enough rooms, the house could easily be shared. There is Kitchen and Braai option for self-catering.

Very clean and modern with beautiful art throughout the house, the patio has a stunning view over the farm. The House is totally off the grid, so there is no need to stress about power or water during your stay. The pool is a total winner for the kids and parents, as they are always in sight

This was like a home away from home for us. This home is built on a larger property, in a way that you have so much privacy. The surrounding nature is so beautiful & tranquil. The home itself has everything one could need for a stay away from your own space. It provided for adults & kids alike, and separately in a way that it still felt like you weren't all squished into the same space. Full Bathrooms in both bedrooms were appreciated. This home also catered perfectly for the season with electric blankets on all the beds, the lovely little fireplace downstairs & extra heaters. It is not everyday where you arrive and all your needs catered for.
