It has been obviously been newly renovated and the best use made of the space available. Great size bathroom with walk in shower. Good size galley kitchen and a cosy living area. A double and single bedroom upstairs (be aware that in keeping with the vintage of the property the stairs are not for the faint hearted but there is a good sturdy handrail). Clean throughout and with all the usual amenities. Parking to the rear of the property. The highlight has to be the gorgeous cottage garden which is enclosed and was absolute heaven for my two dogs. The host Lee is super friendly and helpful without being intrusive. I would definitely recommend and hope to return for more that two nights next time.

Kitchen was great had everything we needed. The facilities at Billing Aquadrome were great! We had a 4 year old and a baby, and it was very child friendly for kids and toddlers!! Nice grounds and lakes - and only a 10min walk to the main Venue (where you could also drive to if you prefer). The host communicated very clearly and effectively and even left a booklet of local things to do in the area! Android TV had Netflix and other fun stuff too!

This recently renovated holiday home is located 12 km from Kelmarsh Hall and 32 km from University of Leicester. The property is non-smoking and is set 32 km from Leicester Railway Station. Plenty of room for us all and it was close to the event we were attending. It was very stylish.

Hunt House Rooms is set in Kilsby, 27 km from Kelmarsh Hall, 34 km from FarGo Village, and 35 km from Ricoh Arena. Both free WiFi and parking on-site are accessible at the holiday home free of charge. Outdoor furniture is available for guests to relax or dine outside. Hunt House exceeded our expectations. Lovely quiet location, ideal for an overnight or weekend stay. Great communication from our host which made arrival and checkout smooth. We will definitely look to staying here again in the future.
