The location is stunning and the caravan exceeded our expectations. The place is difficult to reach without a car, but it really worth the effort. The surroundings are beautiful and the caravan is close to Scafell Pike, Wast Water and other marvellous places in the West part of the Lake District. There are small shops at 15 minutes drive for emergency shopping, otherwise bigger supermarkets and shops are available in the closest cities such as Whitehaven.

El Lakeside 4 Lodge se encuentra en Windermere y ofrece wifi gratis, jardín, terraza y bar. Great accommodation, clean, tidy. Not great service on the Restorant/pub, hot tub and steen room not in a good order.

El Beauview in Millom ofrece vistas al mar, jardín, terraza y bar. Hay wifi gratis en todas las instalaciones. Beauview was beautiful. Clean stylish, tidy and spacious. Really nice to have tea and coffee, shampoo and super fluffy towels. The site is wonderful a real hidden gem with the Lakeside Costal walks, Aqua Park and the Ski Bar we had all we needed on our doorstep. Our 2 boys 9 & 12 were very happy as were we. Hosts were very responsive and checked in on us. We would definitely be back. Infact we can’t wait to head back it was such a lovely place. We were lucky enough to enjoy sunny afternoons as the locals tell us it has its own micro climate.

El World of Beatrix Potter está a 4,5 km. El Troutbeck 8 lovely lodge ofrece alojamiento, restaurante, jardín, salón compartido y terraza. Fantastic lodge in a great location, really felt like a home away from home.

El Lake View Lodge se encuentra en Millom y ofrece vistas al lago, jardín, salón compartido, terraza y bar. The cabin was beautiful and clean! So comfortable and cozy! Ski bar just a little walk down the road is brilliant for food and drink. Loved the fact it had toys and boardgames for the kids which in this rainy weather we took full advantage of!

El Lili-anns Retreat Cosy Holiday Home se encuentra en Millom y ofrece vistas al mar, bar y jardín. Absolutely perfect. Caravan clean and very well equipped. Better than expected. Plenty of towels and fully equipped kitchen. Really really quiet. Perfect distance to explore Haverigg beach. No complaints at all
