Super friendly family. They bent over backwards to assist and accommodate. Felt like part of the family after a few days. So welcoming and kind.

The place is good, and closer to all the needy places. The bus station to main city is also close by. Especially the receptionist is super friendly and supported us with a quick extra room as per request.

The host was so welcoming and kind. I made a mistake in my booking and they were so kind to accommodate me. I am so grateful. Luckily, the room is beautiful and equipped with everything I needed and more so I don't have to lie. Cleanliness is so important to me and this place is perfectly clean. The shower has good pressure. Host provided toiletries which was helpful. They also have a washing machine which is helpful. The host put a cute little tray with detergent and clothes pegs. I used the iron and ironing board. I love that this place is so close to the beach (Playa del Atet), unprotected historical landmark Roman boat nearby (Yacimiento Siglo) , in-between two little town, where you can get food. You must google and visit.

It was nice and clean room,with a large double bed. The breakfast was a basic one,but good enough for the first meal of the day.

We decided to stay here for Semana Santa and found our accommodations to be clean and comfortable. We were treated with excellent service and weren't far from the Alicante city center. We ended up renting a bike and would recommend a rental of some kind for addeded freedom, though there's a bus stop in front of the hotel and you can walk all the way on the sidewalk if the weather permits. Check out La Palmeral Park if you get the chance! I highly recommend this hotel for its affordability and location.

Super rooms, spacious with very comfortable beds; very convenient for the airport (our flight only arrived at 2300); friendly and helpful reception (he even carried our cases to our rooms); lovely neighbourhood cafe that is integral with the hotel (excellent coffee); very good value for money.
