it's a great location - just in center of all touristic attractions and restaurants streets, with some great restaurants just in front of the hotel. From the rooftop terrace you also can enjoy an amazing veiw of the city. One of the best things about the hotel - fantastic personnel! They are super friendly and super helpful! The team went above and beyond helping us to have great time in Mallorca.

Alex & the team have a great concept, style, and exceptional location. The ancient house is wonderfully renovated. Throughout there are gems like 200 year old doors combined with an eclectic, tropical interior design. Our small loft and tiny bathroom were very well thought through and felt comfortable. Perfect for sight seeing Palma, maybe not for a long stay (unless you’re in a suite). Host was very nice, available and shared lots of good tips.

Spacious and well-furnished room, equipped with everything we needed (fridge, plates, cups, cutlery, kettle...). The location was the best part - away from the hyper-touristy parts, and surrounded by great local bars and cafes. All the main attractions are within a 10-15 minute walk.

Mallorca Art House is welcoming and perfect for spending a few days in Mallorca. It is close to a bus stop, although the center can be reached in just ten minutes on foot. Every room has its keys and privacy is perfectly respected. I recommend it for those looking for a quiet place to stay without spending too much.

Property was very clean and in the perfect location. Located next to countless restaurants, bars and shops all only a 1 minute walk from the property. The host Lucia was very approachable and helpful with any questions we had, she made us feel most welcome.

We spent 6 days at Lucia’s place and it was just perfect. Lucia is very welcoming and friendly. she shared with us plenty of advises to enjoy our time here in the best way possible. The location is litteraly in the center of Palma ! Thanks again for everything we will come back for sure ! 🥰
