The owners are keen to help you with anything you need and offer to book special tours and activities you would like to do during your stay. Watching two warthogs living on the property, while being in the pool, was another unexpected plus for us. We enjoyed our stay very much!

Elné was an amazing host. She gave great advice about what to do in the area. She even went out of her way (twice!) to offer us a packed breakfast. The guest house itself was spotless and very comfortable. Most of the rooms face the pool, which is great for cooling off on a hot afternoon. Thank you!

We spent 4 nights at the lodge and we really enjoyed it despite rainy weather. Andre is a friendly and reliable host with lots of local stories and happy to share his experiences. The chalet is cosy and comfortable with everything you need for self catering. If you look for a quiet place for resting in a beautiful garden and you love birds : this is the place. Great location at walking distance of restaurants and shops and from the forest walk at the edge of town. Unbeatable value for money !
