Samaina is not one of the soulless, huge, all inclusive hotels, but a cute villa with a great, cozy vibe. It is perfectly located in the heart of Phytagorio, just a couple of minutes walk from port, main street, shops, restaurants, castle and (our favourite) Phytagorio beach. You can easily hike to other local attractions such as tunnel and monastery. The rooms are equipped with everything one might need during holidays and they are exceptionally clean. We stayed at the room with terrace and the sea view is just beautiful - the terrace is a great spot to chill in the mornings and evenings. The owners are very very kind people and they are happy to advise on best restaurants and answer other questions about the island. The street where the hotel is located is silent at night - no loud noises or other disruptions (we stayed at Samos in an early October).

They are perfect for those who appreciate quality and attention to detail. The owner has clearly put a lot of heart into the renovations, and it's felt at every turn. The apartments are fully equipped with everything needed for a comfortable stay. The one we stayed in had two balconies, offering a stunning view of the mountains. We spent a lot of time there, enjoying the serene atmosphere. The apartment owner constantly ensures that flying insects do not bother the guests. The location of the Lemon Tree Apartments is simply ideal: close to the sea, two minutes from shops, yet the noise of the road is not heard. The modern style of the apartments gives them a unique character. Moreover, the presence of good air conditioning makes the stay even more comfortable. What particularly stood out is that the Lemon Tree Apartments are surrounded on all sides by a well-maintained green garden, where one can sit in its shade at a table. Every corner of its territory is lovingly adorned with pots of local plants. We were absolutely delighted and eagerly await the opportunity to return to this place. It's the perfect corner of Greece for nature lovers, secluded beaches, and local cuisine.

The room was spacious and spotlessly clean . incredible view!! So close to everything that Kokkari has to offer . Our host Nasos was wonderful, so kind and helpful. Nasos also arranged a transfer from the port for us.

Lovely and quiet balcony as well. Definitely recommend.

Supreme service! Quiet localisation close to the center of Pitagorio. We visited a few places on Samos and claim that Pitagorio is the best location for active people with direct access to hiking paths, interesting & historical sites, beaches, buses, shops & restaurants with local food. Forget about Kokkari (just beaches) Vathy (ghost town except for Old Town) or Karlovassi (big town).
