A good location for a hassle-free holiday in Solčava, Boutique rooms Pri Rogovilcu is a guest house surrounded by views of the river. Great place, the owners are very attentive and the rooms are super cozy. Got everything you need, breakfast was awesome, lots of things to do in the area.

Set within 19 km of Beer Fountain Žalec and 26 km of Celje Train Station, Prenočišča Mraz offers rooms with air conditioning and a private bathroom in Velenje. Staff was truly exceptional! I happened to be there while severe floods devastated whole country. My friend was staying in the MetalDays camping when it started raining hard. Her tent flooded and all her belonging got wet. She managed to get a taxi to my hotel and under half an hour they had arranged an extra mattess to my room and put her wet clothes to a washing machine. All this without extra charges or any hesitation. They just wanted to help someone in need. When the festival program was cancelled for Friday, they organized a party at the lobby. We sang and played guitar, ate a meal that quests prepared together, drank beer and wine. I don't have words to descripe their true enthusiasm to take care of their customers.

Located in Vransko, 16 km from Beer Fountain Žalec, Guesthouse Grof features accommodation with a garden, free private parking, a terrace and a bar. We were cycle touring and the Grof offered special discounts to all cyclists at the bar and restaurant, plus they wash and dry your laundry for free! The staff were extremely helpful and the bikes were locked securely at night in a maintenance garage with free bike-wash and bike tool station. To cap it all, breakfast was superb- huge variety and great quality- it's just a pity we had to leave the next day to continue our journey.
