I cannot recommend this hostel enough! Just book it, you won’t regret it. The owner is a very experienced mountaineer and gave all of us a briefing on the hike to Theth that we would be doing the next morning. He also brought us to a restaurant in his pick up truck and all the guests got to have dinner together which was great to make friends. There is a fire at night and the rooms are very comfortable. The breakfast buffet was great and for $5 you can pack food for your lunch as well. Most importantly, the hostel can provide transportation to the start of the trail to Theth if you want ($30 all the way or $15 to the gravel river bed) that you can split with everyone else (it’s a bus so we split between 10 people in late September).
