They are extremely accommodating with everything from special requests to holding your luggage, organising day trips to the glaciers, etc. Sweetest people. Great hotel and staff. They helped us plan the different activities we had in mind and guided us through the town. The view of the cabañas were amazing and everything in good condition. It is walking distance from the town.
