The room was spacious and the bed very comfortable. A great location for exploring Exeter. Safe storage of a bicycle was provided and this is always appreciated. The breakfast was good in a very pleasant dining room. It is very interesting place to stay and I fully recommend it.

Great location for walking to the local bars and city centre. Breakfast is reasonably priced, but if you miss it, there's a Wetherspoons across the road.
