I only stayed there one night, as I was driving from Hoi An to Hue. The location is great, right next to the beach and with many restaurants, etc around. The room and the bed are confortable and the toilets very clean. Basically all you can ask from a hostel at a very good price. :)

The location is perfect for visiting da nang and you have a lot of small restaurants in the area. If you are vegetarian you can go to "pho ngoc" and they will have something for you.
