Abeer Hotel Alexandria is located directly on the Mediterranean sea of the old Greek harbor of Alexandria in one of the oldest neighborhoods of Downtown. if you get a slightly upgraded room they’re pretty clean and great value for money. Good for overnight emergency/travel stays when you need to be downtown. staff are friendly. entrance is more scary than the hotel actually is-I only found out about it through a local I met otherwise I would’ve never tried. make sure to go to 7th floor when you reach the building bc that’s not obvious. At the low price don’t expect 4-5 star service…it’s a fresh bed and a toilet and smoker-friendly and not a hostel that you have to share.

This hotel in Alexandria is just 300 metres from El Raml Train Station and a 10-minute walk from the Library of Alexandria. Free Wi-Fi is available. Amazing location right in the centre and close to water. We had a sea view from our room. Staff were nice. Bed was best in Egypt a sheet then blanket. Simple but everything you need. For the price it was awesome.
