Nice, quiet, and modern rooms, good facilities. We ended up spending a lot of time at the actual hotel rather than going to our planned activity, just because it was so nice hanging out there. If you don't mind the location, then I can't imagine finding a better place to stay in Jyväskylä.

Is is located very close to the main road, but the town is calm. The forest is very close, which is important for the tourists having a dog. There was an air condition in our room. Hostel Vekotin is situated in Toijala, 43 km from Tampere University and 43 km from Nokia Arena. Absolutely exceptional service, going above and beyond. We were attending a wedding near by and the owner offered to drive us, as a taxi was not available at that time and helped us secure a ride also for later in the evening. On top of that, the facilities are very clean and well taken care of and there's even a swimming pool. Would absolutely stay here again and recommend it!
