We are travel in Norway for two weeks and no one helps us like Joe. The house is so clean and have everything you need. Very recommended.

Staff were responsive and helpful with all my questions and laundry. The hostel shuttle was quite nice to pickup right at the hostel, but I didn't realize that I could get a regular bus to P2 lot. Great value for the price and area.

The accommodation offers a shared kitchen and a shared lounge for guests.... It was an exceptionally well-appointed place with a great kitchen, common areas, view, and amazing water pressure in the showers.

HI Bergen Hostel Montana is situated up the hillside of Mount Ulriken, about 3.6 km from Bergen City Centre and easily accessed by public transportation. The location was very beautiful! The view over the city was stunning and you were on hiking trails through the forest within like one minute. The staff was amazing: very friendly, kind and helpfull. The volunteers made sure you would feel at home. The free coffee hour was a perfect way to meet other travelers staying at the hostel and the activities that were organized were amazing! The breakfast was good with plenty of vegan options! I could have stayed there for a long time and hope I can come back one day!

Comfortable beds, extremely good and copious breakfast. Sauna was included as well. Beautiful hikes in the neighbourhood. Very friendly staff.

Close to dock and train station, quiet. Having your own room is nice. Kitchen was well equipped. Highly recommend.

Situated in the town of Førde, next to the scenic Førdefjord, this hostel offers free Wi-Fi, free private parking with electric car charger and a fully equipped communal kitchen. Arrangements and breakfast were all good but note that the reception does not stay open late so some guests (who did not speak Norwegian nor English) arrived without knowing how to access their rooms. Also was building work going on so car park was unstable and one guest's motorbike fell over causing damage as the stand just sank into the surface. Finally the access road was blocked so if it is when others stay there just take the next turning and go round the block. Simple. Otherwise great place to stay - made good use of the laundry and drying facilities. Staff were great.

Lovely team running the place, very welcoming. Simple facilities, but comfortable, spacious and clean, perfect base for outdoor adventures in the area! (I recommend the Monks Steps). Gorgeous outdoor space, and great varied breakfast.
