Incredible newly-built Caribbean-style cottages in 'BAY GARDENS' on the beautiful North Coast of Antigua in the upscale Hodges Bay area. The property consists of 2 cottages, each has 1 bedroom and 1 bathroom. The Main cottage has a romantic Bassett King-size canopy bed, with mosquito net, dresser & armoire, and AC in the bedroom. It has a fully-stocked chef's kitchen, granite island, open-concept living room with smart-TV, and a large covered wrap-around Coastal porch. As well there is a luxurious ensuite spa bathroom with 2 sinks and a walk-in shower with rainfall showerhead & pebbles on the floor. Separate laundry room with washer & dryer can be accessed out the back door of the kitchen. The Guesthouse, Turquoise Turtle, has antiques throughout, a bar sink, mini-fridge, Keurig coffee maker, kettle, & smart-TV, with its own separate bathroom with walk-in shower. It has a 4-poster Queen-size 'Rice' plantation bed, also with a mosquito net, and AC. Both Cottages have ceiling fans and Dyson Cool Towers for added comfort. There is an outdoor pool situated between the 2 Cottages with surrounding deck for eating or lounging & a private driveway.
My husband and I have travelled around to many different islands in the Caribbean and found the gorgeous tropical island of Antigua with its exquisite 365 beaches, and wanted to own a little piece of paradise. We hope you will enjoy staying at our property as much as we do!
Close to award-winning restaurants & stunning beaches; 1.9km to Boon's Bay; 10 minutes to the amazing Epicurean grocery store, 4km to V.C. Bird International Airport, 6km to Cedar Valley Golf Course, and 3.5km to the American University of Antigua. Kitesurf Antigua is just up the street at Jabberwock Beach, as is the luxurious new Hodges Bay Resort & Spa on the Hodges Bay Main Road, Within walking distance to Ocean Point Resort/ Sottovento's On the Beach (restaurant) as well as Blue Waters Resort & Spa. Very close to Runaway Bay & Fort James Bay Beach. 10 minute drive to the fabulous Epicurean Grocery store.
